With more than three decades of experience in commercial construction and development, Tom Peyton joined the Partners Development team in 2017. Tom has led the delivery of more than 4,000 multi-family units throughout his career representing a total development cost of approximately $1.1 billion. Tom’s passion is to leverage his experience with complex residential projects to create and maintain the right conditions for successful real estate development programs.
