Seniors Housing & Multi-Family
Partners Development Group has delivered more than 1500 newly constructed senior living units as well as more than 2500 units of mixed-use high-rise and wood framed multi-family projects. Our approach begins with a thoughtful study of the development to ensure financial viability, pressure testing assumptions along the way to ensure the best chance for an optimal outcome. Next, we draw on our experienced partnerships to bring the right design and construction partners to the project, relying on longstanding relationships, many 20 years or more, with industry-leading designers, engineers and consultants. These long-lasting partnerships provide a deep level of trust and accountability as well as the cumulative benefit of all the lessons learned along the way. We ensure efficiency in our designs through a rigorous in-house constructability analysis – balancing value with the beautiful design and fresh interiors that our standards demand. When the time comes, we take a high-touch approach to the critical transition from development to ensure our operating partners can be successful. PDG’s leadership group brings to the team a wealth of experience in self-storage having combined experience in the construction of 8,000 units and more than one million square feet of self-storage. Our diverse capabilities in value-add, adaptive reuse and ground-up developments means we can tackle every self-storage product type from drive-up to climate controlled, institutional to private. We draw on well-defined processes to identify and maximize opportunities and move efficiently through feasibility analysis, financial underwriting and planning. Canvassing regional markets and submarkets to identify the best micro-markets and opportunities, we leverage our team’s nimble approach to move quickly from identifying key parcels to securing them with an LOI submission. We have established partnerships with debt, equity, contractors and design professionals reaching across the U.S., and thanks to the trust we’ve built with our financial partners, we can execute quickly on competitive deals.
